Secondary Market Already Skittish About New Jersey Anti-Abuse Law

Concerns about state legislation on predatory mortgage lending that led investors and lenders to retreat from the Georgia market appear to be taking root in New Jersey, which just last week enacted what some say is the toughest such law in the country.
