Thrifts More Active in Secondary Market Last Year, ACB Survey Says

More thrifts sold mortgages into the secondary market last year than ever before, a new survey by America’s Community Bankers reveals. But while low interest rates and strategic alliances helped boost participation in the market, the poll results also suggest that a lot more production volume is being left on the table.
