Field of Jumbo MBS Issuers Growing, Attracting Investors Still a Problem

The number of issuers offering jumbo mortgage-backed securities will increase in 2015, according to analysts at various rating services, but total issuance volume isn’t expected to grow by much compared with this year. After the November elections, how long will it take for a new Congress and White House to pass GSE reform legislation?

I’m confident a bill will be passed the first year.
